FIRST LOOK AT BRAZIL STADIUM FOR EAGLES-PACKERS SPARKS MIXED REACTIONS

NFL fans got their first look at Corinthians Arena ahead of Friday's matchup in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The online reactions were quite explicit.

The Philadelphia Eagles meet the Green Bay Packers for the international clash on September 6. Kickoff is set for 8:15, and will air on Peacock.

Photos of Corinthians Arena surfaced on Thursday, where the football community offered mixed reactions to seeing the venue for the Week 1 game, (via Philadelphia Inquirer's Jeff McLane on X).

The stadium doesn't appear to be very similar to NFL stadiums that fans are accustomed to in the U.S. However, that's what makes the "global phenomenon" so unique.

After bearing witness to games played during the regular season in London, Germany and Mexico, fans (both at home in front of their TVs and present at the contest) will have the first opportunity for the Brazil experience.

As it relates to the Week 1 matchup, Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts and Packers' Jordan Love will go head-to-head, hoping to bring back a 1-0 start to the 2024-25 campaign.
