COVETED FIVE-STAR CB RECRUIT COMMITS TO HATED SEC RIVAL

A day after being spurned by four-star cornerback prospect Chris Ewald, the Georgia Bulldogs were hit with another prospect electing to commit elsewhere as five-star cornerback recruit Dijon Lee announced his commitment to conference rival Alabama Crimson Tide.

Lee, a 6-foot-4, 190-pound native of Mission Viejo, California, is ranked as the No. 1 prospect in the state, No. 4 cornerback, and No. 22 overall recruit, according to 247Sports' 2025 Composite Recruit Rankings.

The prized recruit received 22 total offers, but only scheduled four official visits.

Lee visited with the Washington Huskies on May 31, the Georgia Bulldogs on June 14, the Texas Longhorns on June 18, and the Alabama Crimson Tide on June 21.

The addition of Lee to the Tide's 2025 recruiting class now gives the program 20 total pledges and boosts its national ranking to No. 2, according to 247Sports' 2025 Composite Recruit Team Rankings.

As for the Bulldogs, the program will again need to look elsewhere for recruits to improve its now No. 3 ranked 2025 recruiting class.
