WNBA ALL-STAR VOTE RESULTS SETTLE CAITLIN CLARK–ANGEL REESE DEBATE

Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark and Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese have both been a part of a major debate during the 2024 WNBA season: Which rookie is better?

Both players are off to great starts in their WNBA careers, enough so that Clark and Reese were named for the 2024 WNBA All-Star game. But with the All-Star rosters being announced comes the final fan vote tally. These results have settled this debate for the time being.

Clark, the former Iowa Hawkeyes star, received 700,735 All-Star votes, the most in the WNBA. The next highest is Clark's Fever teammate, Aliyah Boston, with 618,680 votes. Reese came in fifth place with 381,518 total votes.

Clark nearly doubled Reese's final tally, taking the spot as the top WNBA rookie in 2024.

Although Clark received far more votes, Reese's performance during her rookie season has been historic. With 11 consecutive double-doubles, the former LSU Tigers star became the all-time WNBA leader in this category in a single season.

Clark has also made history in her rookie season. She became the fastest player to reach 300+ points, 100+ rebounds, and 100+ assists to start a WNBA career.

Clark and Reese have gone head-to-head three times this season, with Clark taking two wins compared to Reese's one. This just further settles the Clark vs. Reese debate.
